The Property Collab is a boutique property management agency serving Sydney's Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who values quality over quantity and will build trusted relationships with clients, tenants and the team.

You will manage a curated portfolio with dedicated leasing and accounts support, supported by a collaborative culture that prioritises wellbeing and professional growth.

Competenze

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio in NSW.
• Holder of NSW Class 2 Licence and knowledge of tenancy rules.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
