Job summary

Ray White Frankston is seeking a confident and highly organised Property Manager to join our fast-growing team in Frankston. This role offers a pathway to real growth within a supportive agency.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of property management experience, holds an Agent’s Representative Certificate, and a Victorian driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle. You will manage inspections, leases, and liaise with clients in a busy, proactive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of Property Management experience.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections.
• Arrange repairs and maintenance.
• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Induct new renters and liaise with clients.
• Handle general property management and admin tasks.
• Be customer-focused with a confident phone manner.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-driven.
