Job summary

Ray White Rockingham Baldivis is seeking a professional Property Manager to join our friendly team. You’ll focus on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service, supported by an experienced office and shared resources.

This role offers a stable, well-established agency with industry-leading systems, Monday to Friday hours, and a Personal Car Provided option. No after-hours work and no viewings are handled by Leasing, allowing you to concentrate on property management

Qualifications

• Current WA Certificate of Registration (DMIRS) – essential
• Previous experience in Real Estate / Property Management – minimum 6–12 months required
• Strong computer literacy – experience with Property Tree, Process Street, and Inspect Real Estate is highly desirable
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer service

Approx. 170 well-managed properties

Supported by a shared Property Management Assistant

No viewings – handled by our dedicated Leasing Consultant

No new management prospecting – we have a BDM for that

No end-of-month trust accounting – managed by our Trust Manager

No Property Condition Reports – outsourced to professionals

No routine inspections – handled by our in-house Inspection Team

This role allows you to focus on what you do best: building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Need

Current WA Certificate of Registration (DMIRS) – essential
