Job summary

Raine & Horne Kurralta Park is a friendly inner-west real estate agency seeking either a Full-time Property Manager/BDM or a Part-time Property Manager to fit their team. The role focuses on property management with the option to pursue business development and rent roll growth, or a PM-only position with flexible arrangement.

Qualifications

• South Australian registration for real estate required.
• Residential property management experience preferred.
• For full-time PM/BDM, interest in business development and growth of rent roll.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio and build landlords/tenants relationships.
• Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections.
• Monitor rental arrears and follow up.
• Coordinate maintenance proactively and efficiently.
• Prepare leases, renewals and rent reviews.
• Conduct rental open inspections and screen tenants.
• Prepare bond refunds and represent landlords at SACAT where required.
• Ensure compliance with South Australian tenancy legislation.
• For full-time PM/BDM, identify opportunities to grow the rent roll.
• Develop proposals and convert enquiries into new managements.
• Build relationships with prospective landlords and existing clients.
