Job summary

Attree Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take over a well‑established, low‑maintenance portfolio as part of a planned succession. Based in Perth, you will partner with a supportive team, access offshore and administrative backup, and use PropertyMe, HubDash and Tapi to grow relationships and portfolio value while maintaining the high standard set by the current team.

A rare opportunity has opened up at Attree for a Property Manager to take on a beautifully maintained portfolio, due to the upcoming retirement of a valued team member after 14 years of dedicated service. This portfolio has been meticulously managed for its entire lifespan and is in excellent shape for the right person to step in and continue building on that legacy.

The Role

• Manage a well‑established, low‑maintenance portfolio handed over from a long‑serving Property Manager
• No Routine Inspections required — this is fully handled for you, freeing you up to focus on relationship management and portfolio growth
• Work within a supportive team environment with offshore and administrative backup
• Use industry‑leading systems including PropertyMe, HubDash and Tapi (experience with these is a bonus, not a requirement)
