Collective Property Agents’ Accommodate With Collective is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager in Brisbane to support Leasing and daily portfolio management. You will work closely with the Property Manager, providing hands-on leasing support and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential property management experience in Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Leasing duties, including open homes on Saturdays.
• Processing applications and preparing tenancy documentation.

• Assisting with entry and exit inspections and reporting.

Accommodate With Collective, the property management division of Collective Property Agents, is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team. You will work closely with the Property Manager focusing primarily on leasing and providing support across the day-to-day management of the portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a business focused on quality over quantity — building strong landlord relationships, providing excellent service and creating a property management division that is sustainable for both clients and the team.

This is a Brisbane-based role and applicants must be currently living in Brisbane and available to work from our office. This position is not suitable for remote or overseas-based applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Ideally has at least 1 year of residential property management experience in Queensland
