Elders Limited is seeking a Property Manager in Townsville to manage a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships. The role requires knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local market experience, with support from the Elders network.

You will build relationships with landlords and tenants, perform inspections, manage debtors, prepare documentation, and explore new opportunities with the team. A driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.
