• Understanding Residential Tenancy Legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand current and future needs.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for landlords’ investments.
• Carry out routine property inspections.
• Debtor management.
• Preparation of documents for landlords and tenants.
• Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
• Maximising promotional opportunities, including Elders events and community involvement.
