LJ Hooker Property Collective in Beenleigh is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established Property Management team. You will confidently manage landlord and tenant relationships, maintenance, inspections, compliance and the general management of a residential portfolio.

Join a supportive team with administrative and Property Management support around you, including ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence (essential).
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Confidence handling maintenance, arrears, inspections and tenancy matters.
• Professional, proactive and team‑focused.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Experienced Property Manager | Beenleigh

LJ Hooker Property Collective is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our established Property Management team in Beenleigh.

We're looking for someone who already understands the day-to-day demands of Property Management and can confidently manage landlord and tenant relationships, maintenance, inspections, compliance and the general management of a residential portfolio.

You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team with administrative and Property Management support around you.
