Blink Property VIC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing portfolio across regional Victoria and parts of NSW. You’ll manage inspections, leases, arrears and maintenance with autonomy, ensuring compliance and exceptional service to investor landlords and tenants.
The role offers a genuine full-time opportunity with hybrid work, regional travel, and growth as the portfolio expands within our national property investment ecosystem.
$75,000 – $90,000 per year pending experience
This isn't a franchise office. This is something different.
Blink Property is the property management arm of a national property investment ecosystem built by property entrepreneur Nathan Birch.
We don't run a standard rent roll. We manage the investment properties of active property investors — clients who have purchased through our buyers agency, structured their finance through our mortgage broking arm, and now trust us to manage their assets.
We're now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team for our growing portfolio
It's a manageable portfolio with room to grow, backed by a broader national property investment business.
We're looking for someone who already knows property management and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
You'll be trusted to manage your portfolio, organise your time and get the job done.
This isn't "hybrid" where you're still expected to spend most of your week sitting in an office.
Secondly, you won't be managing hundreds of properties in one metropolitan postcode. You'll be looking after a smaller regional portfolio across two states, which means variety, independence and plenty of time out on the road.
And finally, Blink Property sits within a broader property investment ecosystem.
Properties flow into our management portfolio through an established investor pipeline — buyers who are actively purchasing and building property portfolios.
You’ll get exposure to the bigger picture of property investment rather than simply managing a traditional suburban rent roll.
You're an experienced Property Manager who is organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
We're looking for someone who doesn't need someone standing over them to stay on top of their portfolio.
If you're an experienced Property Manager who wants autonomy, manage your own day, get out on the road and take genuine ownership of a portfolio, this could be a very different opportunity.
We're looking for someone reliable, experienced and independent who wants to make the portfolio their own.
