Job summary

Sky Broadwater on the Gold Coast is seeking an enthusiastic, self-starting Property Manager to join a privately owned luxury apartment complex. This is a permanent full-time position where corporate and management support handle the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on client service and portfolio stewardship.

You will manage an existing rental portfolio, concentrate on lease compliance and renewals, liaise with other teams, handle vacancies and movements, and uphold company policies to

RESPONSIBILITIES
