Job summary

Knight Frank Australia in Melbourne is looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of day-to-day management across industrial and business park assets. You will drive tenant engagement, financial performance, lease administration, reporting and compliance, while partnering with Facilities Management to coordinate maintenance and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, industrial or retail property management role is essential.
• Hold a valid Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration.
• Competent with MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Confident communicator with team and client engagement experience.

Who are we looking for?

• Have relevant experience in a similar commercial, industrialor retail property management role (essential).
  
• Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business(Property).
  
• Hold a valid and current Agents Representativelicense/Certificate of Registration (essential).

The Role

Working across a portfolio of industrial and business parkassets, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the portfolio,delivering exceptional outcomes across tenant engagement, financialperformance, lease administration, reporting, compliance and operationalmanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly client reports, financial commentary,budgets, forecasts and outgoings reconciliations.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants,clients, contractors and service providers.
  
• Partner closely with Facilities Management to coordinatemaintenance, compliance and operational initiatives.
  
• Maintain compliance, risk and statutory documentation,including tenant securities, insurances and contractor records.
  
• Manage financial activities including invoice approvals,tenant recoveries, arrears monitoring and budget performance.
