Ray White Rural Atherton is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a quality residential portfolio, with training available for the right candidate. You’ll handle inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenancy compliance, supported by modern technology and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate is required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience preferred but training available for the right candidate.
• Current knowledge of tenancy legislation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.
• Conduct thorough entry and exit inspection reports.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and liaise with local trade contractors.
• Maintain clear communication with landlords and tenants.
• Facilitate lease renewals and ensure tenancy compliance.
• Address landlord and tenant concerns with empathy and a solutions focus.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and agency standards.
• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service.
