• Oversee day-to-day management of a quality residential property portfolio.
• Conduct thorough entry and exit inspection reports.
• Manage routine maintenance requests and coordinate local trade contractors.
• Maintain clear, prompt and professional communication with landlords and tenants.
• Facilitate lease renewals and ensure full compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards.
• Navigate landlord and tenant concerns with empathy and solutions-focused approach.
