Job summary

Belle Property Drummoyne is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team in Drummoyne, NSW. This role covers all facets of leasing, from screening applicants to coordinating inspections and documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of leasing experience, a current licence, and strong organisational skills. You will work Monday to Saturday in a busy inner-west office with support from a dedicated property management team.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience of at least 1 year is essential.
• Current Certificate of Registration and/or real estate licence required.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recording and updating details of prospective and existing rental providers and renters.
• Examining properties and informing property managers of anything that may arise.
• Advertising available properties and conducting leasing inspections.
• Screening prospective renter(s) to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
• Completing leasing applications and assisting with verification of application information.
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
• Routine inspections, and ingoing Inspections

ABOUT THE JOB

Belle Property Drummoyne is a well-established, industry-leading boutique Real Estate agency in the Inner West.

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate we are looking for is an enthusiastic, hardworking leasing consultant to assist us with all facets of leasing. This role requires a high level of trust, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Recording and updating details of prospective and existing rental providers and renters
• Examining properties and informing property managers of anything that may arise.
• Advertising available properties and conducting leasing inspections.
• Screening prospective renter/s to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
• Completing leasing applications and assisting with verification of application information.
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
• Routine inspections, and ingoing Inspections

REQUIREMENTS

• Monday to Saturday, 5-day work week (with a day off during the week)
• Certificate of Registration and/or licence
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Leasing Experience of at least 1 year is essential
• Proficiency in Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Agent Box, RP data
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
