Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH is seeking a Property Graduate to kick-start a career in Property Management in Sydney. You will support day-to-day management, work with experienced managers and leaders, and perform a mix of administrative and property-related tasks.

The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio, formal development programs, and a pathway toward becoming a Property Manager. Strong MS Office skills and a genuine interest in the sector are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Property Management or Property Economics degree.
• Willingness to obtain the Certificate of Registration within 6 months.
• Genuine interest in the Property sector and long-term career goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist property managers in maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers and staff.
• Maintain orderly financial and lease administration procedures.
• Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration as requested.
• Update tenancy schedules and capture key action dates.
• Prepare regular reporting including financial analysis and diary reports.
• Continuously follow up on arrears.
