Job summary

Bottletree Apartments is seeking an experienced maintenance assistant to support regular general maintenance and groundskeeping across our properties near Toowoomba.

You will mow, trim hedges, perform garden tasks, and operate a Zero turn mower. Outdoor cleaning and general upkeep are also required. A current driver’s license and ability to work independently are essential.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking person to assist with regular general maintenance and groundskeeping at various properties around Toowoomba.

Duties include:

Mowing lawns and maintaining grassed areas

Trimming hedges and general garden maintenance

Gerni (high-pressure) cleaning footpaths and outdoor areas

Operating a Zero turn mower to maintain larger grassed areas on a rural property

General property upkeep and maintenance

Keeping outdoor areas tidy and presentable

About you:

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Experienced in using mowers, Zero turn mower and garden equipment

Practical, hands‑on and takes pride in their work

Current driver's license

Experience with rural property maintenance preferred
