Job summary

Holding Redlich is seeking an Associate or Junior Senior Associate with a minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience to join our national Litigation & Disputes team in Sydney. You will work closely with partners to manage a portfolio of property and leasing disputes and contribute to complex litigation from strategy to resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or property litigation.
• Experience managing a variety of disputes including property and leasing matters.
• Courts appearances experience and ability to engage in litigation.
• Strong drafting skills across pleadings, affidavits and evidentiary material.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and legal research capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of property and leasing disputes.
• Work on complex litigation matters from strategy through to resolution.
• Develop technical expertise and commercial acumen with mentorship from partners.
• Support senior team and contribute to client service excellence.
