• Bachelor degree in Law required.
• Admission as solicitor in Queensland with 3+ years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers with property transactions (sales, purchases, leases).
• Conduct legal research and draft property-related documents.
• Advise clients on property law issues and provide clear opinions.

• Prepare and review contracts and related documents; participate in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Lawyer with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our thriving client's property law team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior lawyers with property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents related to property law.

• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Participate in negotiations and dispute resolutions.
