Job summary

AXR Recruitment & Search in Sydney is seeking a Development Finance Analyst to join a high-performing investment team. You will work with the Head of Developments to turn commercial questions into EstateMaster outputs, including feasibilities, cash flow forecasts and scenario analyses.

You will gather inputs from development, project and finance stakeholders, maintain EstateMaster models with consistent assumptions, and prepare reporting for management.

Qualifications

• Property development or project accounting experience
• CA or CPA Qualified
• Must have experience using EstateMaster
• Highly articulate and a confident communicator

Responsibilities

• Turn commercial questions into EstateMaster outputs: feasibility, cash flow, scenario analysis.
• Gather and consolidate project inputs from development, project and finance stakeholders.
• Maintain EstateMaster models across the development pipeline with consistent assumptions and version control.
• Prepare reporting for Development Managers and Head of Developments: feasibility summaries and variance commentary.
• Collaborate with Head of Development Finance on modelling standards and reporting cycles.
• Support modelling and reporting on joint venture projects as required.
