FourQuarters Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the evaluation, acquisition, funding and execution of property development opportunities. You will work with the Investment Director and the development team to drive decisions across the full lifecycle.

The role involves rigorous financial modelling, market research and preparation of investment memorandums for senior leadership, with exposure to banks, investors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in property investment or development.
• Experience with property development feasibility and financial modelling.
• Experience translating financial analysis into commercial recommendations.
• Experience preparing investment memorandums and funding submissions.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Commercially minded and able to handle multiple projects.
• Strong work ethic and time management.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new property development and acquisition opportunities, including feasibility and commercial assessment.
• Build and maintain development feasibility, cash flow and funding models.
• Perform financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess returns and funding.
• Assist with structuring and negotiating development transactions, joint ventures and other investment opportunities.
• Support financing strategies across debt and equity.
• Assist with arranging land and construction finance and lender submissions.
• Support capital raising across institutional and private sources.
• Prepare investment memorandums, information memorandums and board materials.
• Conduct market research, comparable analyses and valuations.
• Collaborate with internal development, finance and project teams.
• Manage relationships with banks, partners, investors, advisers.
• Monitor project financial performance and funding requirements.
