Job summary

Coronation is actively seeking an Investment Analyst to support major property transactions across Sydney's living sector. You will work with the Investment Manager and stakeholders to identify, evaluate and execute opportunities as part of a fast-growing team.

Responsibilities include building financial models, conducting market research and due diligence, and preparing client submissions and information memorandums for acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications

• Build financial and cash flow models to support acquisitions and transactions.
• Conduct market research, due diligence and sector analysis.
• Prepare client submissions, pitches and information memorandums.
• Manage and interpret key property and market data.
• Support transaction campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• As our Investment Analyst, you'll play a hands-on role across the investment lifecycle, working closely with the Investment Manager and key stakeholders to identify, evaluate and execute investment opportunities.
