Qualifications

• Strong Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, multi-dimensional formulas).
• Experience with property management systems (MRI preferred).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting, reforecasting and budgeting.
• Manage day-to-day property accounting (rent roll, receipts, arrears, journals, deposits).
• Maintain tenant/lease records and liaise with client finance teams.
