Thrive House PTY is seeking an experienced Property Agent based in Caboolture to support a portfolio of 30+ properties. The role partners with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate inspections, maintenance, and stakeholder communications, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in property or facilities management, understands Queensland legislation, and can engage with owners, agents, and internal teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property, commercial/residential, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of Queensland legislation listed (Residential Tenancies, Work Health and Safety, Fire and Emergency Services).
• Experience with financial software and MS Office.
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Eligible to work in Australia with a valid QLD driver’s licence and safety cards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine inspections and prepare reports.
• Liaise with property owners, real estate agents and internal teams.
• Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for Thrive House properties.
• Address property inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Review entry condition reports against real estate docs.
• Oversee invoicing and billing processes.
• Ensure WELS certification standards for smoke alarms.
• Serve as main contact for property handover.
