Job summary

Memocorp Australia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage tenant billing, rent collection and arrears across our commercial property portfolio. You will prepare invoices, maintain tenant accounts in Yardi, and handle rent reviews and reconciliations.

The role requires 3–6 years in AR (property sector preferred), strong communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. This is a full‑time, office‑based position in Sydney with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder service.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in Accounts Receivable (property sector preferred).
• Strong experience managing rent rolls and arrears.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly tech-savvy, with experience driving system and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue tenant invoices for rent, outgoings, and lease adjustments.
• Maintain accurate tenant accounts within Yardi.
• Process rent reviews, reconciliations, and lease-related financial changes.
• Manage bank guarantees and tenant financial records.
• Monitor daily rent receipts and ensure accurate allocation to tenant accounts.
• Follow up overdue accounts in line with internal procedures.
• Issue arrears notices and statements.
