This Property Advisor role focuses on coordinating inspections, remediation, and property-related services, interfacing with owners, consultants, and councils to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.

The role combines property coordination, stakeholder engagement, and contract administration to deliver high-quality results for property owners affected by the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in property interface management, construction, infrastructure, or project management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and external service providers.
• Solid commercial and administrative capabilities including managing budgets and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead acoustic façade treatment and property amenity/remediation work from inspection to completion.
• Attend inspections with acoustic consultants and advise on practical treatments.
• Coordinate with property owners, councils, utilities, and stakeholders for timely resolutions.
• Manage subcontractor performance and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Handle contract administration, progress claims, and project documentation.
