Job Capital is seeking qualified Projects Electricians / Technicians on behalf of a client in Brisbane, Queensland. The role involves electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, testing and commissioning across commercial projects, while supporting apprentices and contributing to safe, high-quality project delivery.

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality electrical installation, maintenance and repair work across commercial projects. Projects Electricians / Technicians are expected to work safely and efficiently, interpret drawings and specifications accurately, support apprentices where required and contribute positively to overall project outcomes.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, wiring, testing and commissioning.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Perform fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification.
• Complete work efficiently, safely and to the required quality standard.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials responsibly.
• Follow WHS requirements, Australian Standards and National Construction Code requirements.
• Attend toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety meetings.
• Maintain high installation standards and minimise defects and rework.
• Support apprentices through practical training and mentoring.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members and other site stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for allocated work and contribute to project productivity.
• Represent the employer professionally across project sites.

Employment conditions & remuneration
