Blue Mountains City Council is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the Project Management Office. The role focuses on governance oversight of projects within the Asset Work Program and involves monitoring status, producing updates and presentations, and supporting internal practices in a team environment.
The position is temporary with potential permanency, offering a base salary from $92,709 gross per annum plus 12% superannuation and bonus opportunities.
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to work in our Project Management Office which is responsible for strategic and governance oversight of projects delivered as part of Council's Asset Work Program. This role requires someone with a good understanding of project management and strong communication, customer service, organisation and analytical skills. The role includes working as part of a team and with internal stakeholders to monitor project status, prepare updates and presentations, and support initiatives to improve internal practices.
