ICON Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our project team delivering safety-critical work on offshore facilities. You will own the integrated project schedule, bringing together Client, Construction Vessel, ICON and subcontractor programs into one reliable view of the project.

Responsibilities include developing an integrated schedule, importing vendor data, identifying critical path activities and communicating risks.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Scheduler on complex engineering, fabrication or offshore projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree is desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and scheduling, critical path analysis and earned value reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule across client, vessel, ICON and subcontractors.
• Receive and format vendor schedules into a single working view.
• Identify critical path activities, float and schedule risks and communicate them to the project team.
• Set priorities across engineering, fabrication, testing, mobilisation and offshore operations.

About the Opportunity

ICON is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our project team delivering safety-critical work on offshore facilities. You will own the integrated project schedule, bringing together the Client, Construction Vessel, ICON and subcontractor programs into one reliable, working view of the project.

• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule that combines the Client, Construction Vessel, ICON and all subcontractor schedules
• Receive, format and integrate vendor schedule information into a single working schedule
• Identify critical path activities, float and schedule risks, and communicate them clearly to the project team
• Establish priorities across engineering, fabrication, testing, mobilisation and offshore operations

About You

• 5 years’ experience as a Senior Scheduler working on complex engineering, fabrication or offshore projects.
• Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields is not essential but desirable.
• Demonstrated experience and competency in project planning and scheduling.
• Demonstrated critical path analysis.
• Demonstrated understanding of resource loaded schedules and earned value reporting.
