Job summary

ICON Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team and deliver safety-critical work on offshore facilities. You will own the integrated project schedule, consolidating Client, Construction Vessel, ICON and subcontractor programs into a single reliable view.

With 5 years’ senior scheduling experience and Primavera P6 knowledge, you will drive schedule integrity, identify critical paths, and communicate risks to the project team.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Senior Scheduler on complex engineering/offshore projects.
• Primavera P6 knowledge is essential.
• Tertiary degree in Engineering/Construction Management is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule combining Client, Construction Vessel, ICON and subcontractor schedules.
• Receive, format and integrate vendor schedule information into a single working schedule.
• Identify critical path activities, float and schedule risks, and communicate to the project team.
• Establish priorities across engineering, fabrication, testing, mobilisation and offshore operations.
