Job summary

Brilly Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Full Time Project Scheduler to coordinate workforce allocations across multiple mine sites. You will plan labour requirements, coordinate plant and equipment, and ensure schedules align with site access, inductions and rosters.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with project scheduling and budgets, and the ability to manage logistics and stakeholder relationships within a mining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test.
• National Police Clearance obtained within last 30 days.
• Highly organised and professional demeanor.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling and budgets.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access).
• Experience dealing withContracts and Clients.
• Valid C Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce allocations across multiple projects and mine sites.
• Plan labour requirements including trades, supervisors, contractors, and specialist resources.
• Coordinate plant, equipment, vehicles and accommodation.
• Align resource schedules with site access, inductions, training, and roster requirements.
• Update schedules to reflect scope changes, resource availability, weather, and constraints.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation opportunities.
• Liaise with Admin for Site Access and with Stores for materials.
• Review Daily Works Records from work crews and approve them.
• Attend planning, production and project meetings; manage logistics coordination.
• Build positive relationships with clients and suppliers.

We are seeking a Full Time Project Scheduler to join our team.

JOB INFORMATION:

Coordinate workforce allocations across multiple projects and mine sites.

Plan labour requirements, including trades, supervisors, contractors, and specialist resources.

Coordinate plant, equipment, vehicles, and accommodation requirements.

Ensure resource schedules align with site access, inductions, training, and roster requirements.

Update schedules regularly to reflect changes in scope, resource availability, weather impacts, and operational constraints.

Identify schedule risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies.

Liaise with Admin for Site Access requirements

Review the equipment required for upcoming works.

Reviewing and approve Daily Works Records from work crews.

Liaising with Stores team for required materials for scheduled works.

Build and maintain positive relationships with both clients and suppliers.

Attend planning, production, and project meetings.

Logistics control and co-ordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test

Highly organised and professional.

Working knowledge of project scheduling and budgets

Strong Microsoft Office Skills computing skills in Word, Excel, Power Point & Access

Experience dealing with Contracts and Clients.

C Drivers Licence

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience scheduling maintenance shutdowns and mining projects.

Knowledge of FIFO and DIDO workforce planning.

Understanding of mine site mobilisation requirements and contractor compliance processes.

Experience with ERP or workforce management systems.
