Job summary

Citadel Edge is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a complex, high-profile program. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules, support monthly reporting, and ensure governance compliance while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires current NV1 security clearance (or the ability to obtain one) and extensive experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP). You will work onsite in Canberra at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Senior-level scheduling experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP).
• Experience supporting major projects or complex programs.
• Knowledge of integrated master schedules, risk management, or earned value management principles.
• Ability to work onsite in Canberra a minimum of three days per week.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules.

Working within an integrated project team, you will be responsible for project scheduling, reporting, planning, and project controls activities across a large-scale delivery environment. The Role

As a Project Scheduler, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules.
• Coordinate and support monthly project reporting activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level scheduling experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP).
• Experience supporting major projects or complex programs.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, planning, and reporting disciplines.
• Ability to work onsite in Canberra a minimum of three days per week.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills.
• Previous experience within Defence, Government, or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with project governance and project controls frameworks.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology, infrastructure, engineering, or capability delivery programs.
• Knowledge of integrated master schedules, risk management, or earned value management principles.
