Job summary

Heritage Stone is seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to join our Brisbane-based team. This role coordinates projects from order confirmation through completion, acting as the communication hub among customers, builders, cabinet makers, suppliers, factory staff, site measurers and installation teams.

You will ensure smooth project progress, efficient production and excellent customer experience, with duties spanning documentation, workflow, site measurements and warranty coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from order confirmation through final completion.

• Monitor progress and milestones; update internal systems and records.
• Arrange repairs and warranty work when needed.
