Job summary

The position delivers high-level administrative support, maintains project documentation, coordinates meetings and venue bookings, and prepares agendas and minutes.

You will manage accurate financial administration, assist with risk mitigation, and develop information packages to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of experience, education or training.
• Proficiency with construction-related documentation and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for high-level admin support and committee work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to Planning and Development across JCU campuses.
• Maintain and update project documentation, coordinate meetings and venue bookings, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Ensure accurate financial administration, assist with risk identification and mitigation, and suggest procedural improvements.
• Develop and deliver information packages and communications to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
