Job summary

Western Sydney University is seeking a Project Officer for Disability and Digital Citizenship. The role is 0.4 FTE, part-time, fixed-term until 1 May 2030, based at Parramatta South with flexible working arrangements. Salary AUD 97,693 – 104,713 plus 17% Super and Leave Loading (Pro-rata).

You will coordinate activities, governance, advisory groups and fieldwork, provide secretariat support, and help ensure milestones and reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project coordination, organisational and time-management skills.
• High-level digital literacy with Microsoft 365, databases and CMS.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for reports and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accessible project activities and stakeholder engagement for research into disability and digital citizenship.
• Provide secretariat support, document preparation and maintain project records.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, purchase orders and card acquittals.
• Coordinate forums, workshops and fieldwork with accessibility supports and diverse stakeholders.
• Assist with travel, events and research logistics to enable inclusive participation.
