The Project Officer (Sydney Campus) provides high-level executive, administrative, and project coordination support. The role works closely with the Associate Vice-Chancellor and other key stakeholders within Charles Darwin University to present a professional face for NSW based activities by ensuring projects, events, and operational activities are delivered efficiently and in line with university objectives. Acting as a central coordination point, the position contributes to stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, compliance, and the delivery of a positive and productive campus environment. We are looking for someone passionate about customer service, who is organised, creative, and a strong communicator. This is a highly dynamic role working with multiple teams, so flexibility and enthusiasm for relationship building are a must.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Appointment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory National Criminal History check and a valid local Working with Children clearance
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 5. The base salary will be in the range of $75,927 - $87,716 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $88,834 - $102,627 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
