Charter Diligence is recruiting a Project Support Officer (APS5 Equivalent) to join a high-profile Australian Federal Government digital transformation program. The role is based in Canberra with hybrid working arrangements and a start date of ASAP, ending 30 June 2027.
You will support project governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. The position requires baseline security clearance, Australian citizenship, and full working rights.

We are looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to provide coordination, governance and administrative support within a high-profile Federal Government digital transformation environment.
Working closely with Project Managers, program executives and multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will help maintain the project controls, reporting, stakeholder activities and documentation required for effective delivery.
This position offers exposure to complex Commonwealth ICT transformation while providing the opportunity to work across project governance, reporting, coordination and digital delivery.

You are a capable Project Support Officer who combines strong administration with practical project governance and stakeholder coordination skills.
