Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Officer to support the management of the National Alert System for Critical Antimicrobial Resistances (CARAlert) and the Australian Passive Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance (APAS) programs.

You will assist the Program Manager and Senior Project Officer with day-to-day operations, secretariat duties, and CDC coordination across contracts, stakeholder engagement, data governance, reporting, and analytics.

Job description

This role will support the Program Manager of the National Alert System for Critical Antimicrobial Resistances (CARAlert) and the Australian Passive Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance (APAS) programs and the Senior Project Officer to deliver day-to-day management of both systems, including operational and administrative support, secretariat support, internal CDC coordination across the areas of:

• Contracts and procurement
• Stakeholder engagement and coordination
• Data governance and data request management
• Reporting publications and communications
• Data dashboard and analytics coordination
• Operational and administrative support.

As this role is supporting a highly technical team, recruitment of a person with public health or microbiological, knowledge or experience is highly desirable to perform the associated functions
