Levande is seeking a Project Marketing Manager for Bulimba, Queensland, to own the end-to-end marketing strategy, positioning and launch of a new retirement living development. You will lead campaigns across digital, media, local area marketing and customer channels to drive awareness and leads.

You'll collaborate with Development, Sales and agencies, balancing commercial outcomes with creative execution. Hybrid work with on-site Bulimba activity as the project progresses.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of marketing experience with end-to-end planning and delivery.
• Experience launching a project or product into market from strategy to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen and ROI-focused mindset.
• Ability to turn customer and market insight into actionable marketing.
• Experience briefing and managing creative, media and agency partners.

• Lead development of end-to-end sales and marketing strategy, audiences, positioning and launch phasing.
• Build and manage marketing plans and budgets focused on ROI.
• Shape local area marketing using market insights for campaigns and channels.
