Orygen in Melbourne is seeking a Project Manager to lead the PRIME initiative, integrating youth mental health research with climate and environment considerations. You will drive planning, ethics submissions, data collection, analysis and reporting, reporting to the Head of Climate and Environment Research, and foster partnerships with universities and government agencies.

This part-time (0.2–0.6 FTE), 12-month contract offers hybrid remote/on-site work and the opportunity to influence youth

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating research or evaluation projects in mental health, climate change, youth engagement, or related fields.
• Ability to design and deliver research activities including ethics submissions, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills for meetings, governance, and documentation.
• Excellent written communication for reports, publications and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-disciplinary collaboration across health, research, or community sectors.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning, coordination and successful delivery of the PRIME Project, ensuring activities align with objectives.
• Contribute to research activities, including ethics submissions, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate ethics and governance submissions, liaising with committees and stakeholders.
• Manage research data and support database administration to ensure data integrity.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, government agencies, community organisations and industry stakeholders.
