Buildco Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a busy Tier 3 commercial builder in Western Sydney. You will manage a $5 million recreation construction project with an immediate start and long-term permanent opportunity.

Reporting to an office-based Director and overseeing a Site Manager, CA, and cadets, you will contribute to a growing project portfolio within the $1–$15 million range. A Construction Management Degree or similar is required, with strong Procore/MS Project experience

Qualifikationen

• Construction Management degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Tier 2 or 3 commercial builders in Sydney.
• Experience on projects over $2M is highly desirable.

• Reporting to an office based Director, managing a Site Manager, Supervisor, CA and Cadets
• Focus on construction projects in the $1 - 15 million range
• Established client base, with full order book of work for 2026/27
• Modern offices, close to public transport and abundance of close amenities

You will have

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous project management experience with Tier 2 or 3 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• Commercial construction experience on projects over $2 million is highly desirable
• Procore and MS Project experience sought
• A steady career history and proven construction management background
