Job summary

TSA Riley in Sydney is seeking a driven Project Manager to deliver meaningful projects across the tertiary and higher education sectors. You will work client-side, partnering with institutional clients to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes from planning through to completion, supported by an experienced leadership team.

This role requires 4–7 years in property project management, tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture or engineering, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in property project management, with exposure to tertiary/higher education or other institutional projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with building services, building envelope, or asset/facility upgrades is highly regarded.
• On-site construction and Workplace Health & Safety knowledge are strong advantages.
• Proven experience in a client-side consultancy or similar environment.
• A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.

About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Project Manager to join our Sydney team, delivering meaningful projects across the tertiary and higher education sectors. This is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career, surrounded by a supportive and flexible team that values growth, initiative, and great project outcomes.

In this role, you’ll work on a range of projects across universities and education facilities—helping shape spaces that support learning, innovation, and community. You'll be supported by experienced leaders while gaining exposure to end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to completion.

We work client-side, partnering closely with institutional clients to deliver projects that are high-quality, functional, and sustainable.

This role requires five days per week onsite at our client’s office.

About You

• 4-7 years of experience in property project management, with exposure to tertiary/higher education or other institutional projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with building services, building envelope, or asset/facility upgrades is highly regarded.
• On-site construction and Workplace Health & Safety knowledge are strong advantages.
• Proven experience in a client-side consultancy or similar environment.
• A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
