Job summary

TSA Riley is seeking a Project Manager to join the Ballina team in our Ballina office, delivering a diverse portfolio across education, housing and subdivision projects. You'll work client-side, partnering with clients and project teams from planning through to delivery.

You will engage with consultants and contractors, manage stakeholders, and guide projects through planning, procurement, delivery and completion, while developing your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years' experience in project management, preferably within property, social infrastructure, housing, education and/or civil projects.
• Experience in client-side consultancy, contractor, government or similar delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proactive approach with ownership and contribution to project outcomes.
• Experience delivering projects from planning and design through to construction and completion.
• Alignment with TSA Riley's values and client relationships.

Based in our Ballina office, you'll work across a diverse portfolio that may include education, housing and subdivision projects, partnering with clients and project teams from planning through to delivery. About The Role

We're seeking an ambitious and collaborative Project Manager to join our Ballina team. Working client-side, you'll support the delivery of a range of projects across school, university, housing and civil infrastructure sectors, helping clients navigate complex project challenges and achieve successful outcomes.

You're work closely with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to project planning, procurement, delivery and stakeholder management, while continuing to develop your project management expertise within a supportive team environment.

About You

You are a proactive project professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and contributing to successful project outcomes. You bring:

• A tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years' experience in project management, ideally within property, social infrastructure, housing, education and/ or civil projects.
• Experience working in a client-side consultancy, contractor, government or similar project delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
