PSCconsulting's Telecommunications & Networking team is seeking a commercially minded Project Manager to lead client-facing projects across APAC, balancing scope, schedule, budget and risk while enabling technical delivery.
You will work with engineers, field teams and project finance to maintain governance, support bid and contract reviews, and drive consistency across the portfolio. This role emphasizes project controls, forecasting accuracy, and timely decisions to protect revenue and margins.
Join PSC’s Telecommunications & Networking team and play a key role in the project and commercial management of critical infrastructure projects across APAC.
Working alongside engineers, technical specialists and field teams, this role brings structure, commercial discipline and strong project governance to complex client delivery. From project start-up through to closeout, the focus is on maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, risk and client commitments, while identifying commercial exposure and scope change early.
This isn’t a technical engineering authority role. Instead, it’s an opportunity to create the environment in which technical teams can deliver successfully, while strengthening project controls, commercial performance and delivery consistency across the Telecommunications & Networking portfolio.
For a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys working with technical teams and bringing clarity to complex delivery, this offers genuine scope to make an impact.
A key part of the opportunity is strengthening the commercial rhythm around projects: understanding commitments, maintaining visibility against budget and forecast, identifying scope movement early, and ensuring variations and emerging commercial risks don’t get lost in day-to-day delivery.
Experience managing client-facing projects across engineering, utilities, infrastructure, telecommunications, technology or consulting, with the ability to balance scope, schedule, risk and stakeholder priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
Commercially astute, the successful candidate will be comfortable with forecasting, profitability, cash flow, variations and contractual risk, identifying issues early and working alongside technical teams to keep projects on track. There’s no need to be the technical expert, but confidence working with engineers and specialists is important. A recognised PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM or APM qualification, or equivalent practical experience, would be advantageous.
Be part of a team that values individual contributions and fosters a respectful, results-driven culture. PSC encourages innovation and continuous improvement, with flexibility to support work-life balance. The role offers autonomy, opportunities for growth and the chance to collaborate with a global network of professionals.
PSC is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer. Candidates may be interviewed and progressed ahead of the closing date of this advertisement.
