Job summary

Horizon Power in Western Australia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex energy infrastructure across regional WA. You’ll oversee projects from conception to delivery, balancing safety, quality and cost while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors.

This role offers exposure to renewable energy initiatives, network upgrades and significant capital works. You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships and drive governance, risk management and reporting to ensure

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex infrastructure, construction, utilities, energy or resources projects.
• Experience managing budgets, scope, and schedules across multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities.
• Experience with procurement and contractor oversight in regulated environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and energy projects across regional Western Australia.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement and contractor performance to achieve successful outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex project environments and build strong relationships.
• Drive project governance, risk management, compliance and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the development and implementation of renewable energy, generation and network infrastructure projects.
• Champion safety, operational readiness and effective project handovers to ensure sustainable long-term outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience delivering complex infrastructure, construction, utilities, energy or resources projects.
• Demonstrated project management expertise across multiple concurrent projects, including budget, contract and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external groups.
• Experience leading procurement activities, contractor management and project delivery within regulated environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline, or a relevant trade qualification, with project management expertise.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously and navigate competing priorities.
