As the Manager Precinct and Place, you'll help drive the Authority's goals by shaping station, precinct, and place outcomes. You'll champion great design across all planning and design work for the Newcastle to Sydney High Speed Rail project and the broader national network.
In this role, you'll bring together planning activities, technical studies, and work packages covering station design, urban design, placemaking, land use, and development opportunities. You'll also lead the design excellence process while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Working with the Senior Manager Precinct and Place, you'll guide inputs across the Integrated Project Team, keep track of progress, and provide clear, practical advice to help shape project decisions.
