Job summary

The Hassett Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and drive multiple client engagements from initiation through to completion in a Microsoft-oriented consultancy setting. You will align with clients and technical teams, establishing delivery plans, coordinating resources, and managing budgets and risks.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to navigate competing priorities, and a pragmatic approach to keeping delivery moving in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple technology projects end-to-end.
• Ability to manage budgets, scope and change control.
• Strong planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
• Proven client engagement and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from initiation to closure and ensure delivery outcomes.
• Create and maintain realistic delivery schedules across engagements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and change control for profitability.
• Build and manage trusted client relationships and set expectations.
• Identify risks and dependencies and escalate with recommendations.
• Apply governance and reporting across delivery lifecycles.
