Job summary

VERIDAPT in Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own successful delivery of customer projects from planning through commissioning and handover. You’ll coordinate with customers, Project Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, installation partners and suppliers to ensure safety, timeliness and budget compliance.

This is not a desk-based role; you’ll travel to customer sites, manage complex engineering projects, and deliver technology that enhances productivity and sustainability in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience delivering end-to-end projects.
• Experience managing engineering, infrastructure or mining projects.
• Strong commercial skills: budgeting, forecasting, cost management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proven experience coordinating technical teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer projects from initiation through to completion.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and become their primary project contact.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and project close-out activities.
• Manage subcontractors, installation partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Identify project risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Prepare installation documentation, scopes of work and project plans.
• Work with Sales/Pre-Sales on costings, site assessments and scope variations.
• Ensure projects comply with WHS requirements and VERIDAPT's delivery framework.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
