Job summary

Buildcorp in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager to own complex fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to handover. You’ll lead a high-performing team, engage with clients, and drive safety, quality, program, and commercial outcomes on site.

You will set the on-site standard, align stakeholders from clients to subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, identify risks, and deliver value at every stage while fostering a collaborative, resilient project team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex fit out or construction projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• A leadership style that builds engaged, collaborative, and resilient teams.

As a Project Manager you’ll take ownership of complex fit out projects from inception to handover. You’ll inspire your team, engage with clients, and drive outcomes across safety, quality, program, and commercial success. Your leadership will set the tone on site and ensure every stakeholder — from clients to subcontractors — is aligned and motivated.
