Job summary

Formstruct, a Western Australian owned company, is seeking a Project Manager based at our Bibra Lake Office with ad-hoc FIFO on-site work to deliver projects. Project values range from $20m to $40m per project, with responsibilities spanning planning, procurement, cost control, and client liaison.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and site execution while ensuring HSE, quality, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• Mine site experience is essential.
• Strong project management and tendering capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects.
• Preparing and submitting tenders/quotations.
• Developing tender construction methodology, schedules, and pricing.
• Maintaining relationships with Formstruct management and on-site teams.
• Coordinating procurement within set budgets and requests.
• Reviewing commercial, contracts and scope changes.
• Overseeing site execution, HSE support, quality and close out.
• Preparing and maintaining Microsoft project schedules.
